To be eligible for a refund:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your Mini X Phone™.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
